Coffee & Networking

As schools implement innovation, entrepreneurship, and STEM programs into their student experiences, they must navigate a key question: Should these learning experiences be mandatory for all students, or should they be tailored for select cohorts?

While some schools adopt a whole-cohort approach, ensuring broad exposure to future skills for all students, others focus on deep-dive experiences for select students with a strong interest in these areas.

This panel brings together educators from schools across systems to share their experiences in designing and delivering future focused learning experiences in their schools. We’ll explore the opportunities, trade-offs, and practical considerations of each approach, helping educators determine what works best for their students, communities, and resources. Whether you’re looking to scale innovation across your school or refine a targeted program, this discussion will provide valuable perspectives and actionable insights.

Post panel, our attendees will have time to grab a coffee and network with fellow delegates.

AI In The Classroom: Amplifying Educators, Accelerating Learning

As artificial intelligence tools become more integrated into schools, a new question emerges: how can AI enhance, not replace, the work of great educators?

With recent Harvard research showing that that students with access to tools such as AI tutors can learn more than twice as much in less time, the opportunity lies in using this technology to support differentiated, high-impact teaching. In this roundtable, we’ll explore how AI-powered tools such as tutors are being used to automate routine practice and feedback, freeing up teachers to focus on deep learning conversations, critical thinking, and personalised support.

Together, we’ll unpack how these tools can align with evidence-based pedagogy, enable scalable differentiation, and create more time for the human relationships that sit at the heart of excellent teaching.Join us for a grounded and forward-thinking discussion on the role of AI in classrooms and how we can use it to empower educators and accelerate student growth.

The New Workplace Reality: Education’s Role In A Global Workforce

In this interactive roundtable, educators, industry leaders, and workforce experts will explore how schools can equip students with the skills, mindsets, and digital fluency needed to thrive in a remote and global workforce. Preparing Digital Natives For Success In A Connected Future

As digital natives, today’s students are growing up in a world surrounded by technology. But helping them thrive in a digital future takes more than just internet access. It requires fostering digital confidence, critical thinking, creativity, and adaptability. For school technology leaders, this means making thoughtful decisions about the systems, platforms, and devices that will not only meet current needs but continue to grow with students, teachers, and the broader school community.

In this roundtable, we will explore how technology leaders can shape digital strategies that build future-ready skills and empower both learners and educators. How do we choose tools that support deeper learning and digital capability? How do we ensure students are not just digitally literate, but digitally confident? And how can schools future-proof their technology decisions to support evolving teaching practices and workforce demands?

Join us for an interactive discussion on building digital learning ecosystems that prepare young people for the world ahead, while supporting sustainable, strategic growth within schools.

How Different Brains Lead To Deeper Bonds

Seamus Evans | Keynote Speaker And Founder Of EVKO Creative Agency

After speaking in hundreds of schools across Australia, from the most elite, privileged campuses to the most under-resourced communities, Seamus has discovered one simple truth: we’re all different, trying to fit in. And because of that, we’re more alike than we think.

As educators, how we show up in the classroom and the staffroom sets the tone for the next generation. This keynote explores the power of embracing neurodiversity, authenticity, and vulnerability in education. Backed by research showing a 30% productivity boost when companies hire neurodivergent staff, this talk challenges educators to stop masking their differences and start owning them.

Because when teachers empower each other to be real, they give students permission to do the same — unlocking hidden strengths that can transform classrooms, teams, and futures.
