Running over the course of a morning, the Summit Breakfast provides an opportunity for attendees to build their network, develop their skills as emerging education leaders. The program is as follows:

7:30 - 8:00am | Impact and Influence: Your Leadership Narrative
We will open a discussion that challenges perspectives of leadership by reframing it as a dynamic, personal story of transformation. In exploring how authenticity in leadership transcends titles and hierarchies, we focus instead on intentional impact whilst discussing how to design our unique leadership journey by embracing vulnerability, continuous learning and connection.
Through compelling insights and reflective prompts, we will consider leadership as an ongoing narrative of personal growth and positive influence. How will we lead so that every individual has the potential to create significant, lasting change?
8:00 - 8:30am | Mentoring Session #1
From there our first round of mentoring will begin. This will see all attendees grouped with a leading mentor in a field they are looking for guidance and advice on.
8:30 - 9:00am | Level Up Your Leadership Brand Masterclass
After our first round of mentoring, we will be developing the skills needed to support us along our journey. Facilitated by leading leadership coach, Midja Fisher, this masterclass will help attendees unlock the power of a strong leadership brand built on character, competence, and clarity.
In this masterclass, attendees will define their purpose and personal values, align them with their career aspirations, and learn practical strategies to build trust, communicate value, and expand influence. Whether you're stepping into a new role or planning your next move, this session will equip you with the tools to lead with confidence and position yourself for future growth.
9:00 - 9:30am | Mentoring Session #2
Attendees will then move into our second curated mentoring sessions of the morning as they join a small group of likeminded professionals and an experienced mentor in their field.
9:30 - 10:00am | Networking & Wrap Up
From there our official program for the breakfast will come to a close with attendees welcome to stay and continue networking before they head back to school.
