Dane Oman

Dane’s 22-year career in education has focused on preparing young people for the future of work, through initiatives which foster communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.  These initiatives have been supported by leadership training including participation in the National Excellence in School Leadership Program and Stephen’s Scott’s 15 Leadership Disciplines Course.  In 2023, Dane moved to Saint Stephen’s College in Coomera, where he is currently the Dean of Students and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.  Dane is a member of the AHISA Aspiring Principals Program, and also the Chief Marker for Economics at the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA).  Dane is passionate about creating pathways for all students to transition successfully from school to work.
