in today. With no prior industry experience, Lauren joined Alpha HPA as a Process Operator, driven by a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.

Through hands-on training, industry certifications, and mentorship, Lauren quickly

developed the skills needed to thrive. Today, as a Laboratory Technician, she is not

only excelling in her role but also contributing to the future of sustainable materials.

R&D, laboratory technology, and more.
