Teagan Dare

Teagan Dare is the Director of Digital Agency & Data Analytics at The Lakes College, where she leads whole‑school strategy focused on data-informed practice and the ethical and purposeful use of emerging technologies, such as GenAI. With over 18 years’ experience working in schools both domestically and internationally, Teagan has led curriculum and innovation in English and History classrooms and now works alongside teachers and school leaders to explore how AI and data can bring clarity to teaching practice, amplify student voice, and promote equity in learning. She holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Management and is passionate about future‑focused approaches that centre on both pedagogy and people.
