Sally Carr is an experienced Assistant Principal recognised for her leadership in curriculum design, student pathways and whole school organisation and improvement. With a strong commitment to personalised learning and holistic student development, Sally oversees key portfolios including strategic leadership of curriculum and pedagogy, creative timetabling, student progress tracking and academic operational processes. She works collaboratively with staff, students, families and community partners to ensure each student is known, valued and positioned for success. Her work is grounded in the College’s Marist charism and the Circles of Engagement framework, fostering a culture where excellence, dignity and wellbeing are woven through daily practice.
Known for her clarity, relational approach and associative, systems thinking, Sally brings deep expertise in educational enhancement initiatives, data informed decision making, and high performing school improvement structures. She is dedicated to unlocking potential and inspiring futures by supporting both staff and students to thrive through purposeful engagement, strong learning culture and continuous improvement.
