Rhys has designed transformational programs over 20 years — from classroom teacher to Assistant Principal and now Senior Education Advisor Pathways & Partnerships for Brisbane Catholic Education — fusing pedagogy, metacognition, and AI tools across schools and systems.

 

His expertise spans pedagogy for learner agency, strategic partnerships, and regenerative leadership. As a parent, educator and consultant, Rhys focuses on equipping youth and adults to navigate dynamic futures with compassion, connection, and foresight.
