Throughout her career, she has occupied Director roles within some of Australia’s largest organisations such as, The Nine Network and Southern Cross Austereo’s Hit and Triple M Networks, as well as within local government sectors. Notably, her influence extends to the educational sphere, where she has collaborated closely with Principals, CEOs, and Senior Leadership Teams across various Independent Schools, delivering impactful leadership facilitation. Nikki’s tenure within Executive Leadership Teams within schools has honed her expertise in all things Community Relations and Advancement, making her a sought-after expert in the field.

Currently located at the top of the mountain at Tamborine Mountain College as Head of Community and Business Development, Nikki is also busy consulting to various schools throughout Qld.
