Nathan Reynolds

Nathan Reynolds is an educational leader with extensive experience in school design, systems leadership, and future-focused models of secondary education. Across his career, he has contributed to the establishment of two purpose-built schools for industry and is currently leading the implementation of a transferable model of education that integrates student agency, industry engagement, and recognised academic pathways, including ATAR and QCE potential.

His work sits at the intersection of strategy, structure, and culture, with a particular focus on building learning environments that are intentionally designed rather than inherited by tradition. Nathan’s professional practice is driven by a central question: what becomes possible when schools are built to develop talent on purpose, rather than relying on individual brilliance within outdated systems?
