Stacey Boyd
Head of Global Studies
Saint Stephen’s College
Stacey Boyd is the Head of Global Studies at Saint Stephen’s College, where she leads a dynamic P–12 faculty spanning Economics, Business, Accounting and Japanese and Spanish language programs. With postgraduate qualifications in education, business and public administration, and international work and study experience across Mexico, Brazil, Germany and Japan, Stacey brings both global perspective and practical insight to educational leadership.
Driven by a belief that education should prepare young people for the world beyond school, Stacey has transformed Global Studies into one of the College’s most impactful academic and co-curricular pillars, engaging 76% of the 1,400-student cohort. She introduced a Certificate II in Applied Languages, resulting in a 160% increase in Year 10 language enrolments, and established clear global engagement pathways from Junior Language Club and the Junior Global Passport Program through to the Year 12 Global Citizenship Award.
Her work connects students with authentic global experiences — from Model United Nations and community connections such as Rosies Youth Outreach to international exchanges and entrepreneurial initiatives, including the annual Future Millionaires Expo — empowering students to think critically, act courageously and contribute meaningfully beyond the classroom.
Stacey is passionate about building resilient, culturally aware young people who are ready to lead in today’s rapidly changing world.
