Brenda Christie-David is an experienced educator and inclusive education specialist dedicated to transforming learning through innovation, inclusion, and student-centred practice. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Inclusive Education and a Mini-COGE qualification from the University of New South Wales, bringing deep expertise in differentiation, intervention, and gifted education.
Brenda is the founder and facilitator of a dynamic Learning Lab, a skills-based educational program designed to deliver academic content through the explicit development of critical capabilities such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. Within this environment, students engage in immersive, inquiry-driven experiences that foster deep understanding, independence, and real-world problem-solving. The Learning Lab reflects Brenda’s commitment to reimagining traditional education by prioritising both skill development and meaningful engagement. Brenda also is a casual facilitator at the University of NSW, delivering school holiday workshops to gifted and twice exceptional students from all around Australia.
As a trained intervention specialist, Brenda has extensive experience supporting students with ADHD, dyslexia, and autism, while also extending high-potential learners. Her approach is grounded in building relational trust, fostering resilience, and empowering students to achieve their personal best.
Brenda works collaboratively with families and educators, offering practical strategies, classroom adjustments, and support for inclusive practice. She is particularly passionate about equipping young people with the skills required to navigate a rapidly changing world, including self-regulation, adaptability, and effective communication.
With a strong commitment to educational leadership, Brenda seeks to influence system-wide change through inclusive, evidence-informed practices that promote both equity and excellence. Her vision is to lead transformative learning environments where all students are empowered to thrive.
