Timothy Barraud Baker is the Principal of Balmoral State High School and a strategic educational leader recognised for advancing school improvement through innovation, research, and authentic learner engagement. With experience leading a range of school communities and multidisciplinary teams, Timothy is passionate about driving whole-school improvement agendas focused on curriculum, pedagogy, and measurable learning outcomes.
