Holly O’Sullivan Williams is an experienced educational leader recognised for her expertise in mentoring, student wellbeing, and change management. As Deputy Principal at Cannon Hill Anglican College, Holly is passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments that empower both students and educators to thrive.
Joining the CHAC community in 2023, Holly brought with her extensive leadership experience gained through a range of roles across the education sector. Prior to CHAC, she served as Deputy Principal at St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School, where she began her leadership journey as Dean of Students and Academic Welfare. Throughout her career, Holly has also held positions including Year 10 Coordinator, Drama Coordinator, and Director of Community Engagement at Hillbrook School, building a reputation for her people-centred and collaborative approach to leadership.
Educated at QUT and Griffith University, Holly holds postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership and Arts, reflecting her passion for both pedagogy and creativity. Her international teaching and leadership experiences in the United Kingdom and Japan have further strengthened her understanding of diverse educational contexts and the importance of wellbeing in school communities.
Through her work, Holly continues to advocate for learning cultures that prioritise connection, resilience, and wellbeing, while inspiring educators and students alike to embrace positive change and meaningful growth.
