Nicole Amey
Educator
Nicole Amey is an award-winning educator, designer and ecosystem enabler passionate about empowering young people through entrepreneurial education. She is the 2025 Global Outstanding Intrapreneur Award (Education Sector) recipient, 2022 Teens in Business Australian Entrepreneurial Educator of the Year, a 2023 Next Gen Awards Innovative Educator of the Year finalist, and a 2023 Hinkler Series Innovation finalist.
Nicole drives innovation for young people by designing and delivering entrepreneurial programs aligned to the curriculum and through extra-curricular initiatives that connect schools, industry and community. A committed intrapreneur, she contributes to the co-design of entrepreneurial programs and the development of a Global Entrepreneurial Mindset behaviour Credential.
Her work includes showcasing champion educators through a future-focused regional education summit, delivered in collaboration with national organisations, as well as liaising with universities and global stakeholders to strengthen pathways, capability and system alignment. Nicole has been recognised as an ecosystem enabler by the Queensland Department of Tourism, Innovation and Sport and the Office of the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur through the ResilientQ Mission, with a focus on youth engagement and global impact.
Nicole contributed to national research through the Entrepreneurial Educators Exchange (E3), leads local Chapter events, and presents nationally as a future-focused educator. Her ethos is grounded in systems change and the belief that “it takes a village” to create meaningful, scalable impact.
