Adrian Rayner

Adrian Rayner is a digital innovation leader specialising in immersive technologies for education. Formerly working in government education, Adrian now leads Rayner Digital Labs, where he designs and delivers meaningful virtual and augmented reality learning experiences that support students across Australia.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Adrian has led the development of more than 170 curriculum- and VET-aligned immersive learning applications. These immersive technologies have been delivered to hundreds of thousands of students, combining creative vision with deep technical expertise to drive real learning outcomes. He is recognised for building and leading high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams and for translating emerging technologies into scalable, student-centred educational solutions.
