Coming to Gladstone in 2026, the Summit will shine a spotlight on the incredible work of educators across Central Queensland. As a regional satellite of the national Future Of Education Summit, this event is uniquely designed by and for regional educators, ensuring local voices are front and centre in shaping the conversation.

 

As teachers across Australia work to redesign curriculum, reimagine schools, and rethink student pathways, The Future Of Education Summit Gladstone offers space to share ideas, celebrate regional strengths, and explore practical solutions to common challenges. With inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, and collaborative roundtables, the Summit will provide fresh ideas, powerful connections, and the tools to help educators lead with confidence in their communities.

We’re looking for future-focused educators, community leaders, and industry innovators who are creating future focused learning experiences for young people in regional communities. As we prepare for the national and regional Future Of Education Summits in 2026, we are excited to showcase masterclasses that highlight the creativity, innovation, and impact happening in schools and communities across Regional Queensland and beyond.

 

This is your opportunity to share the work you’re leading, inspire others with your insights, and connect with a vibrant community of like-minded educators who are reimagining the future of learning. If this sounds like you, we invite you to submit an overview of your proposed workshop using the form below. If successful, you will receive a complimentary ticket to the Summit and be invited to deliver your session as part of the official program.

Funded Tickets For Future Focused Educators In Low ICSEA Schools. ​

 

We are delighted to offer 20 fully funded tickets to The Future Of Education Summit Gladstone for teachers from low ICSEA schools in regional communities across Australia.

 

At the Summit, educators will gain practical tools, fresh ideas, and powerful connections to help them inspire and engage their students. We believe every teacher, no matter where they live or work, should have access to future-focused professional learning, and we are proud to support regional educators in joining this important conversation.

 

To be eligible for a funded ticket, you must be an educator teaching at a regional or remote school with an ICSEA rating below 1000. With only 20 tickets available, they will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t miss your chance to apply today.

I don’t teach technology or careers, will this be relevant for me?

Absolutely! The Future Of Education Summit Gladstone is designed to support educators across all subject areas, year levels, and school contexts. Whether you are leading a whole-school initiative, running a classroom project, or simply looking for new strategies to engage students, the program will provide inspiration, practical tools, and ideas you can use in your own context.

 

Do I need to know much about technology or AI?

Not at all. Our sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, whether you’re confident with digital tools or just starting out. The focus is on practical strategies you can apply right away, with plenty of support and opportunities to ask questions along the way.

 

I don’t have anything innovative to share. Will I this be relevant for me?

Yes! The Summit is designed for all educators, whether you’re leading a whole-school program or simply looking for fresh strategies to try in your classroom. Many teachers attend to see how other regional schools are approaching challenges, to gather plug-and-play ideas, and to connect with colleagues facing similar contexts. You’ll leave with practical examples and new approaches you can apply straight away.

I’m not sure I can justify the time away from school.

You’ll leave with tangible strategies you can put into practice straight away, along with new insights and connections that will benefit your students and colleagues well into the future. The day is designed to deliver clear value for you and your school community.
