Holly O'Sullivan Williams

Deputy Principal

Cannon Hill Anglican College

Holly O’Sullivan Williams is an educational leader known for her extensive experience and expertise when it comes to mentoring, student wellbeing and change management. Joining the CHAC family in 2023 as Deputy Principal, she brought with her a wealth of knowledge garnered from various leadership roles and her postgraduate studies. Prior to her tenure at CHAC, she served as Deputy Principal at St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School, where she initially began her journey in 2017 as the Dean of Students and Academic Welfare. Holly's educational journey includes significant roles such as Year 10 Coordinator, Drama Coordinator, and Director of Community Engagement at Hillbrook School.


Educated at QUT and Griffith University, Holly holds post graduate qualifications in Educational Leadership and Arts, underscoring her commitment to both pedagogy and creativity. Her international experience in the UK and Japan has enriched her understanding of diverse educational landscapes and aims to inspire and empower educators and students alike to make wellbeing a priority for all.
