Jodie Siggers
Transformer Program Manager
Bond University
With 17 years of experience at Bond University, I am passionate about empowering students to make the most of their time at university—both academically and beyond. As the Transformer Program Manager, I lead a fee-free extracurricular initiative that fosters entrepreneurship and innovation, equipping students with the tools, resources, and mindset to turn their ideas into real-world ventures. Graduating with not only a degree but also a business.
I support students in thinking beyond graduation, encouraging them to see opportunities beyond traditional career paths by exploring business creation and innovation alongside their studies. Through Transformer, we’ve launched a range of high-impact initiatives that support personal and professional growth, including the Transformer Startup Program – ‘Idea to Launch’, Transformer+ workshops, the Study Abroad Startup Bootcamp, and entrepreneurial masterclasses. These programs are designed to develop skills in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership, helping students build confidence, resilience, and real-world capability.
My role is about more than just managing a program—it’s about inspiring students to take action, seek opportunities, and embrace an entrepreneurial mindset that sets them apart. My days are filled with supporting students as they navigate what is next; whether they choose to build a startup, innovate within an organisation, or create their own career path.
