Community Lifestyle Support

Damien Tracey is the CEO of Community Lifestyle Support (CLS), a not-for-profit organisation that provides a wide range of allied health and disability support services to people living throughout the Wide Bay Burnett Region. Starting life as the Bundaberg Accommodation Support Service in 1991, CLS now employs 320 staff and delivers more than 500,000 hours of service each year.


Damien has spent most of his working life in the SME and community services sectors, with the past 9 years focused on developing new business models, activities and programs that explore the nexus between health, education, the arts and technology. As a passionate advocate for accessible technology, Damien is committed to raising awareness about the ways in which emerging technologies and innovative business models can help us build a more inclusive and harmonious society.
