Melissa O'Shea

Mel has over 25 years of experience in education, including 7 years as Head of Teaching and Learning and has 15 years experience in IB education. Since 2024, she has worked with Toddle as Senior Manager, School Partnerships, supporting schools in implementing effective solutions. Mel is passionate about delivering high-quality professional development, with extensive knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, inquiry-based pedagogy, and Universal Design for Learning. An experienced coach and mentor, she brings care and curiosity to guiding educators. Currently, Mel is pursuing a Master’s in Neuroscience and Education to deepen her impact on teaching and learning.
