Nicole is an experienced educator with over 20 years of experience in all girls’ schools across both primary and secondary. Across her career, she has taught Physical Education, Geography, English and Religious Education. Nicole is passionate about promoting a successful learning environment for all, and her resolve is to lead the way for staff and students to create a community built on trust and goodness that continually nurtures students, teachers and the community’s capacity to create the results they truly deserve.Previously, Nicole has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team at St Hilda’s School, Southport, as Deputy Principal, and prior to this held positions of Dean of Academics, Dean of Studies, Head of Teaching and Learning (Primary) and Head of Planning and Organisation (Primary) at St Margaret’s and Head of Middle School at All Hallows’ School.She has written articles for various publications and has presented at national and state conferences on various topics related to educating girls.Nicole was appointed as Deputy Principal of St Margaret’s Anglican Girls’ School from January 2025. She is keen to work collaboratively with staff, students and families to provide quality opportunities and to achieve the best possible outcomes for students.
