Karen Roman

Karen has extensive experience as a classroom teacher, middle and executive leader in both the state and independent school systems in Queensland. Karen has also worked for Independent School Queensland as Manager of the Student Services team where she specialised in support for schools in the area of inclusive learning. Karen has a keen interest in evidence-based curriculum and pedagogy and has provided professional learning to teachers and leadership teams across Queensland.
