Karen Madden

Bringing over 15 years of senior leadership experience in education, Dr Karen Madden is an expert in the field of educational leadership. As Deputy Principal at St Paul's School, Karen works closely with the Principal, Executive, and Senior Leadership Teams, to oversee educational programs for students from Pre-Prep to Year 12 and professional development for staff. She plays a significant role in developing, promoting, and resourcing a dynamic and responsive learning community that embraces the challenges of the present and future. Karen has established partnerships with many of Australia’s leading universities and curriculum authorities. Her completion of a PhD at The University of Queensland, along with the publication of her co-edited book, positions her as a leading voice in educational leadership.
